New Study Links Air Pollution to Kidney Damage in Mexico City's Youth

While the study found no significant association between ambient temperatures and these biomarkers, the link between PM exposure and changes in several renal indicators was undeniable. This suggests the possibility of subclinical injury to either the glomerulus or tubular components of the kidney.
