Intensive Application Process
The application process involved a comprehensive questionnaire demanding detailed personal and past employment details. It also included a series of psychological tests, a self-recorded video discussing the applicant's strengths and weaknesses, and the contact information of former managers and colleagues. Rapidseedbox further disclosed its use of Hubstaff for time-tracking, which entailed monitoring the sites and applications used by employees and periodically taking screenshots.
Concerns Over Privacy and Excessive Demands
The IT specialist found this process exhausting and invasive. The requirement to share salary details and professional contacts was deemed unreasonable, leading him to abandon the application.
