The ECSP license, a testament to the platform’s high standards of quality and regulatory compliance, promises to unlock new growth avenues by offering more tailored financing options, expediting the financing process, and allowing for larger investments by seasoned investors. This development comes at a time when the demand for flexible and innovative financing solutions is on the rise, especially in the digital sphere of real estate investments.

A Milestone Financing Project

Capitalizing on the new licensing, Engel & Völkers Digital Invest, one of EV Digital Invest AG’s flagship platforms, swiftly demonstrated the license’s potential by successfully funding the “DFI Zukunftspark Oberfranken III,” a sustainable logistics real estate project, to the tune of 1.9 million euros in mere hours. Leadership Insights

Marc Laubenheimer, CEO of EV Digital Invest AG, highlighted the transformative impact of the ECSP license, noting its role in fortifying the company’s offerings for diverse customer segments. “The license enables us to cater to the growing appetite for flexible financing options, such as the inclusion of senior and whole loans alongside traditional junior loans,” Laubenheimer explained. He also pointed out the benefits for experienced investors, who are now able to surpass the previous investment ceiling of 25,000 EUR, addressing a common limitation faced by the company’s clientele.

Karl Poerschke, COO of EV Digital Invest AG, reflected on the significance of acquiring the ECSP license, recognizing it as a validation of the company’s commitment to excellence. “This certification not only confirms our adherence to high-quality standards but also positions us as one of the first German platforms to comply with the stringent transparency, risk management, and governance requirements set by European and national regulators,” Poerschke stated. He emphasized the positive impact of the new regulatory framework on customer experiences across the board.

Future Prospects and European Expansion

The ECSP license is expected to streamline EV Digital Invest AG’s financing operations, enhancing its competitiveness in the European market by facilitating quicker processing of financing requests. This efficiency is crucial in a market where the speed of structuring and disbursing financing can be a competitive edge. Looking ahead, the license opens doors to the European market, offering substantial growth opportunities and the potential for pan-European expansion.
