Upon his arrival in N’Djamena, Al-Koni was warmly received by the Chadian Prime Minister-designate, Foreign Minister Mohamed Salih Nazif. Also present were the Charge d’affaires of the Libyan Embassy in Chad, the military attache, and members of the diplomatic corps.
