Tsammani's tribunal, back in the February 25th election, ruled unanimously that the Peoples Democratic Party's candidates, Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi, along with other claimants, did not present enough substantial evidence to challenge the poll's conduct by the Independent National Electoral Commission.

A Significant List of Recommendations

The NJC's recommendation list contains 10 other justices, with notable names such as Justice Jummai Hannatu Sankey, Justice Chidiebere Nwaoma Uwa, and Justice Chioma Egondu Nwosu-Iheme.

Each of these justices brings their unique legal expertise and judicial demeanor to the table, further enhancing the diversity and strength of the Supreme Court's potential bench.
