Sofía Vergara Sued over $1.7 Million Unpaid Mansion Remodeling Bill

Known actress and television personality, Sofía Vergara, is embroiled in a legal dispute after a contractor sued her over an unpaid sum of $1.7 million. The lawsuit stems from services rendered by Reside Custom Homes for the remodeling of her $26 million mansion in Beverly Park, Beverly Hills. Reside Custom Homes was contracted in April 2022 and carried out both the original project, which concluded in December 2022, and additional works until March 2023, that included the installation of clay plaster in various areas of the residence. Despite Vergara allegedly approving an invoice of approximately $900,000 for the improvements and issuing instructions for its payment, the contractor claims the total debt has not been settled.
