The ads, which began running on February 14 and will continue through February 26, focus on the promises kept to Black Americans during President Biden's first term and the achievements of Black individuals within the administration.

Radio Ads: 'Reflect' and 'Remarkable'

Two radio spots, titled 'Reflect' and 'Remarkable', will air in Atlanta, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Milwaukee, Detroit, Phoenix, Raleigh, and Charlotte. These 30-second and 1-minute ads have been carefully crafted to resonate with Black History Month themes, highlighting the historic low Black unemployment rates and the over $130 billion in student loan debt forgiveness that has benefited Black Americans.

Print and Digital Ads: 'Promises Kept' and 'Possibilities'

The campaign's print ads, themed 'Promises Kept', will run in Black newspapers across several states. These advertisements will underscore the administration's commitment to Black Americans and the progress achieved during the past four years.

Additionally, a 15-second digital ad, called 'Possibilities', will air on streaming platforms during the 2024 NBA x HBCU Classic. This spot will emphasize the Biden-Harris administration's commitment to historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs), including significant investments made in these institutions.
