Continuing the Expansion Legacy
The opening of the Singapore store follows the successful expansion of Don Quijote, a popular Japanese discount store chain, in the Southeast Asian region. The founder of Don Quijote, who resides in Singapore, inaugurated the chain's first Southeast Asian store at Orchard Central, Singapore, on December 1, 2017. It also extended its reach to Hong Kong with five outlets and one additional store launched in February 2021. Currently, the chain operates six stores in Thailand, with plans for further growth on the horizon.
