The event acknowledged culinary talent through various special awards, including the Estrella Damm Chefs Choice Award, the Gin Mare Art of Hospitality Award, Latin America's Best Pastry Chef 2023, Latin America's Best Female Chef 2023, and the Beronia Award for Latin America's Best Sommelier. The annual listing is the result of the opinions of over 300 restaurant industry experts from across Latin America, with a voting process overseen by Deloitte to ensure fair and representative results.
