The 994-bed property, previously under the ownership of Harrison Street, is nestled on the scenic Lake Hartwell and was first established in 2019.

In addition to Clemson, the property is within a commutable distance to other notable institutions such as Tri-County Technical College and Southern Wesleyan University.
