South Korean Star Ki Eun-se Continues Commitments Amidst Divorce Announcement

Unwavering Commitment at Milan Fashion Week

South Korean actress Ki Eun-se, 39, has shown remarkable professionalism by continuing to fulfill her commitments at the Milan Fashion Week in Italy despite her recent announcement of divorce. The announcement was made on the 22nd September, and on the same day, the actress took to Instagram to assure her followers that she would continue to honor her daily commitments. She even shared her preparation for the fashion week, including a video of her walking in luxury brand shoes.

The following day, she expressed her frustration over running late due to traffic, mentioning her inability to run because of an ankle issue and expressing concern for her ankle’s safety. Despite these challenges, Ki Eun-se is currently in Italy, attending the ‘2023 Fall/Winter Milan Fashion Week’.

Public Announcement of Divorce

Prior to her fashion week commitments, Ki Eun-se had announced her divorce through Instagram. In her post, she shared that she and her long-time partner had decided to end their marriage and support each other’s paths. She expressed gratitude for the support she received and committed to working hard despite the personal setback.

Ki Eun-se had married a Korean-American businessman, 12 years her senior, in 2012. She had shared her love story with her husband on the SBS entertainment show, ‘Same Bed, Different Dreams 2: You Are My Destiny’ in 2021, giving her fans an insight into their relationship.

During the show, she revealed that her husband was the first person with whom she had experienced the pain of parting. After breaking up, she bravely proposed to him, asking him to take a month to think and then respond.

New Beginnings Amidst Changes

Recently, Ki Eun-se revealed her current living arrangement, which involves residing in two houses. She disclosed this on the SBS entertainment show ‘Strong Heart League’ in July, expressing her desire for personal space, which led her to create a home that reflects her interior design preferences.

Despite the changes in her personal life, Ki Eun-se remains committed to her professional career. She made her debut with the drama ‘Transparent Man Choi Jang-soo’ in 2006 and also appeared in the movie ‘The Glory of the Family: Returns’, which was released on the 21st of September.
